With this system, the press can automatically adjust ink level, color intensity and tone, in order to ensure that the printed sheet matches the specified color.
The system works by incorporating a color management module, which uses a color measuring device or colorimeter, to capture the spectral data of the printed sheet at each printing unit. The resulting data is then used by analytical algorithms to calculate and adjust the ink level, color intensity and tone to ensure that the final output is consistent and accurate.
